iTextiles does not include an autorun function because most current computers have the auto-run functionality turned off for securty reasons. Please "explore" the CD and then double click on the index file to start iTextiles 2.0

I get a gray screen when I follow the instructions provided above to register
If you are using Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser the most likely reason is that the IE browser "Compatibility Vew Settings" are preventing the "Student Registration" winow from being displayed. Please follow the steps below to modify the settings:
Select "Compatibility View Settings" option from "Tools"
When a link is clicked in iTextiles and requires a new window to be opened the current screen is generally grayed out to enable focus on the new window. If your screen becomes gray with no new window it may appear as if the program has locked you out. That is not the case. One of two things could have happened:
Your browser is configured to open the new window as a new tab. Simply look for a new tab (it should be right next to the tab for the current screen) and click on it to proceed.
Your browser may have opened the window behind the current screen. Minimize the currrent window and proceed.
The accordion menus in the table of contents are sticky
Some browser configurations do not display the accordion menu immediately. You may need to click on the required sub-item more than once to ge the accordion menu to open.
I get an "About:blank" page with nothing on it when I click on an image link
There are known issues with "About:blank" viruses that prevent pages from opening properly. You can read more about it on the web. If you believe your computer is infected please remove the virus and try again. Otherwise, restart iTextiles on your computer.
